Do you offer mobile service?
Currently, we do not provide a mobile service.
Do you offer any warranties for your work?
We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and honor the manufacturer's warranty on parts, which is generally one year or more.
Do you have a towing service?
We do not offer towing services at this time.
Do you offer free estimates?
Estimates are complimentary unless the diagnostics take more than half an hour.
Do all your repairs meet DOT inspection specifications?
Yes, all of our repairs are conducted in full compliance with DOT inspection specifications.
What should I do if my truck starts to overheat?
Safely pull over to the side of the road, turn off the engine, and allow it to cool down. Once it's safe, contact Mobile Diesel Electric Radiator and A/C for assistance.
Do you offer parts or just service?
We provide both parts and services to meet all your automotive needs.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major forms of card payment, though please note there is a 3% service fee for card transactions. Additionally, we accept cash, EFS, and Comdata checks. Kindly bring your Comdata or EFS check with you, as we do not keep blank checks on hand.
Are you a full-service repair shop?
No, we are not a full-service shop. However, we specialize in and are experts at handling electrical systems, radiators, charge air coolers, starters, alternators, and a/c parts and services.
